Residential Home Inspections include a report with photos/ videos regarding the condition of the property materials, systems, and components. This full home evaluation will be performed by our licensed real estate inspectors.

Pre-Drywall or Phase 2 Inspections include a report with photos/ videos regarding the condition of the construction materials used for your new build. This provides the client an option to have the exterior flashing, framing, and rough-ins fully evaluated by a 3rd party building inspector prior to the insulation/drywall going up.

11-th Month Warranty Inspections are beneficial for homeowners that purchased a new build within the last 12 months. This service will ensure that all items covered under the builder 1 yr warranty are reported. The report you receive can then be sent to the builder or used to submit your repair request through the builder’s provided software.

The home inspection process typically will take around 2-3 hours to complete. Additional services, the condition of the home, and size of the home at times can cause the services to take longer to complete.

While it is not a requirement to attend the inspection, it is highly recommended. This will be the best opportunity to ask questions and gain in-depth information regarding the property during the inspection period.

Having your potential or current property tested for Radon levels is highly recommended in Tennessee construction. Homes with average radon levels higher than 4.0pCi/L have been linked to causing lung cancer at an alarming rate. Trust our team to perform the testing with proper strategies and guidance for mitigation if necessary.

Our licensed inspectors are more than willing to walk a roof that is safe, one-tory construction, appropriate weather conditions, does not pose risk of damaging building materials, and does not have excessive pitch. Please note that we bring professional grade drones for roofs that do not meet the company requirements during our time on site.

We will most certainly go into the crawlspace during our inspection process. As long as the crawlspace is accessible, has at least 14” height clearance to travel, and is a safe environment for the inspector.
